The Evaluation Division of the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) requires the contracting services of a consulting firm to provide a team that specializes in evaluation to work with the Evaluation Division to plan and execute its evaluation of the Discovery Research Program. The evaluation is mandated as per the evaluation coverage requirements in the Treasury Board’s Policy on Results and with respect to section 42.1 of the Financial Administration Act.
