3 Liquid Aviators Breathing Oxygen and liquid nitrogen with Tank Rentals

This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W0138-25A013-2 dated August 26, 2025 with a closing of November 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM (EST). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. PWGSC, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to obtain tank rentals including as-needed delivery of liquid aviators breathing oxygen and liquid nitrogen for the Department of National Defence, Bagotville region, Quebec, as detailed in Annex “Statement of Requirement”.
