The Pa Game Commission Is Soliciting Bids For A Vendor To Provide For The Removal And Lawful Disposal Of Deceased Whitetail Deer Carcasses Or Major Parts Thereof Which Are On Or Within 50 Feet Of A Highway Which Is Publicly Maintained And Open To The Use Of The Public For Vehicular Travel Excluding All Interstate And State Routes Within All Specified Municipalities Of Bradford And Susquehanna Counties Pennsylvania The Contractor May Not Take Any Action When A Deer Has Been Struck And Is Not Yet Dead Once A Police Officer Or Game Commission Officer Has Dispatched The Animal The Contractor May Then Remove The Carcass This Project Po May Be Renewed For Up To An Additional 4 Years One Year At A Time With Mutual Agreement Between The Pgc And Vendor.
