This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for a Pneumatic & Hydraulic Pressure Tester for the Defense Logistics Agency Product Test Center Columbus, Ohio. This includes the shipment, install, and training of our PTC (Product Test Center) personnel.  See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for specific technical requirements and information.
