Reconstruction and Restoration of Landmarked and Landmark-Quality Buildings

The New York City (the City) Department of Design and Construction (DDC or the Department) is in the process of establishing a pre-qualified list (PQL) of contractors for furnishing all labor, materials and equipment, necessary and required to perform small, medium and large reconstruction and restoration work of landmarked and landmark-quality buildings for various capital construction projects.
