*AMENDMENT 0001* This notice serves to formally modify the Salient Characteristics to accurately reflect the Government's minimum requirements. Specifically, this amendment updates the hitch requirement to a  Pintle Hook , adds a requirement for  automatic front and back safety lock valves , and clarifies that the trailer must be capable of accommodating a  21-cubic yard enclosed bin   (must fit Pro-Tainer 21-yard enclosed bins) . This change is made to correct previous technical specifications and ensure all vendors are quoting to the exact operational needs of the facility. The deadline for receipt of quotations has been extended to  10 August 2026  at  4:00 PM EST . *** The Regional Contracting Office in Quantico, VA is seeking a vendor to provide a roll-off trailer for the Marine Corps Base Recycling Program.
