AMENDMENT 06 TO SOLICITATION FA664826Q0006 PROJECT: Environmental Sampling Services The purpose of this amendment is to formally extend the quote submission deadline and provide a status update regarding the release of Government responses to vendor questions. A. EXTENSION OF QUOTE SUBMISSION DEADLINE: The deadline for the receipt of quotes is hereby extended. PRIOR DEADLINE: Friday, August 7, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). NEW DEADLINE: Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). B. NOTIFICATION OF PENDING Q&A PUBLICATION: The Government is currently compiling and formatting the official responses to questions raised during the mandatory site visit held on July 31, 2026, as well as valid Requests for Information (RFIs) received prior to the established deadline. These official Government responses will be published in a forthcoming amendment no later than 5:30PM on Friday, August 7, 2026 . C. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENTS: Offerors are reminded that they must formally acknowledge receipt of this amendment, as well as all prior amendments, with their quote submission via completion of the Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendment form, attached. Failure to acknowledge this amendment may result in the rejection of your quotation. D. AMENDMENT 05 TO SOLICITATION FA664826Q0006 PROJECT: Environmental Sampling Services The subject amendment to Solicitation FA664826Q0006 is to establish a firm, final cutoff date and time for the submission of all vendor Requests for Information (RFIs) and clarification questions regarding this solicitation. 1. FINAL DATE FOR REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION (RFI): All prospective offerors are hereby advised that the final date and time to submit RFIs, questions, or requests for clarification is strictly set for July 31, 2026, at 4:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) . 2. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS & CONDITIONS: Method of Submission: All inquiries must be submitted in writing via email to the designated Contracting Officer identified below. Verbal inquiries will not be accepted. Late Submissions: Any RFIs, questions, or requests for clarification received by the Government after the stated deadline of July 31, 2026, at 4:00 PM (EST) will not be reviewed, acknowledged, or answered. Government Response: The Government will consolidate all timely and relevant questions received prior to the deadline and issue a final clarifying amendment containing the Government's official responses. 3. AMENDMENT 04 TO SOLICITATION FA664826Q0006 PROJECT: Environmental Sampling Services The purpose of Amendment 04 to Solicitation FA664826Q0006 is to provide official Government responses to clarification requests and questions submitted by prospective offerors. The specific vendor inquiries and the corresponding Government answers are itemized below. Offerors are reminded that they must acknowledge receipt of this amendment, along with all prior amendments, in accordance with the quotation submission instructions. Except as explicitly provided herein, all other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect. 1) “Is there any incumbent/recompete or this is a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past." These services were previously performed under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The predecessor agreement number is FA664821A0014. Information on this previous award can be found on SAM.gov when searching for contract award. 2) “Is the solid waste RCRA TCLP & Total Metals is a RCRA 12, RCRA 14 or both with different sample collection locations?” For solid waste we request RCRA 14 to support with reporting Underlying Hazardous Constituents if an exceedance in any of the RCRA 8 is reported. Concerning samples, those would typically be collected at the Hazardous Waste Storage Area. Other samples may (occasionally) be collected at another location on base, but this is a rare occurrence.
