The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Identification Systems (IDS) Division intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with LMB North America, Inc. under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
