Solid Waste Collection Services at St. Croix National Scenic Riverway (SACN) The purpose of this amendment is to include the revised Technical Questionnaire which adds the quote requirement of a spill plan to question number two. The revised Technical Questionnaire is attached. Reminder to monitor the solicitation posting for any amendments posted until the solicitation closes. All amendments must be acknowledged by the due date and time for quotes.
