Summary

The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) is seeking a qualified, SAR-approved source to repair E-3 Sentry and C-130H Hercules aircraft power supply units. The contractor must possess the proprietary repair data, technical documentation, tools, and test equipment necessary to return power supplies to serviceable condition. This is a firm-fixed-price repair contract with scheduled delivery requirements.

Full Description

The purpose of this synopsis is to notify industry of the Air Forces' intent to utilize Price Only source selection procedures.  Technical tradeoffs will not be made and no additional credit will be given for exceeding acceptability. Award will be made to the offeror who has the lowest evaluated cost or price, and whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements (to include all stated terms, conditions, representations, certifications, and all other information required by Section L. Offerors must be a Qualified SAR approved source.  Qualified SAR approved sources must have the data, parts, expertise, tools and test equipment necessary to repair sufficiently to meet the Government’s needs. The Contractor is responsible for having the repair capabilities to include appropriate technical data, repair documents, and license agreements, required to accomplish this repair of the E-3/C-130H Power Supply and below NSN. The Contractor is responsible for the scheduled delivery of a quality serviceable product. Please read PWS for contractor responsibility.
