Amendment 05 is attached : This amendment extends the solicitation's closing date/time due to the USDA Forest not receiving adequate competition. Amendment 04 is attached : This amendment extends the period of performance end date from 10/31/2026 to 10/31/2027. Amendment 03 is attached : This amendment adds supplemental information to Questions & Answers Round #1. Although no additional questions were asked, Amendment 03 adds USDA Forest Service supplemental information to answers already given.  Amendment 02 is attached : This amendment extends the closing date/time to August 10, 2026 @ 1:00 PM (Pacific). Amendment 01 is attached : This amendment provides Questions & Answers Round #1 to all competitors. All are reminded that according to the FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit provision, all competitors are urged and expected to visit the project site. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation is in the attachments section. This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 212319—Other Crushed and Broken Stone Mining and Quarrying . The small business size standard is 550 Employees . The Product Service Code (PSC) is 3820—Mining, Rock Drilling, Earth Boring, and Related Equipment . This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
