This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ with #36C24926Q0207. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 Effective Date 10/01/2025 This solicitation is set-aside for a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $47 Million. The FSC/PSC is J045. Business size status shall be listed and verified with the US Small Business Administration at https://search.certifications.sba.gov at the time of quote submission and award. The Nashville TVHS VAMC located at 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville TN 37212 has a requirmement for the replacement of the current Liebert Crac Unit and it s relocation along with power supply and HVAC connections to ensure proper utilization and safety service of the unit.
