The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for: Painting Services at Winfield House, London, for the United States Embassy London, United Kingdom, on behalf of the Facilities office (FAC). All interested companies shall review the solicitation and provide their quotes in accordance with the specifications provided in this document and attachments.
