GAOA High Sierra Ranger Station Demolition, Sierra National Forest

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial construction prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation number 127EAW26Q0024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the High Sierra Ranger Station Demolition on the Sierra National Forest. This project consists of the demolition and disposal of ten (10) buildings. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 238910 . The small business size standard is  $19 Million. This acquisition is a total Small Business set-aside.   All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.  Amendment 01 - posted 7/1/26.
