Please submit your DBIDS access request by 10:00 AM EST on Monday. The completed form must be returned to us the same day by 3:00 PM EST. This ensures background checks are processed in time. * If you have already submitted the DBIDS form for the original Site Visit and do not require any changes, please confirm you are still interested and we will submit what you have turned in. If you need to change personnel, please resubmit your DBIDS form. * Please arrive at the pass office at least 1 hour before the 10:00AM start time to process your visitor pass. The site visit scheduled for today 28 May 2026, has been canceled due to site access processing.  The revised site visit date and time will be posted to SAM as soon as it is determined. The contractor shall provide all management, transportation, tools, supplies, equipment, labor, testing and supervision to perform field investigations, vehicles and equipment necessary to perform demolition services on Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), Virginia (VA) in a manner that shall ensure continuous and reliable service. The contractor shall demolish buildings 656, 657 and 2701 on Fort Eustis, Virginia. A site visit will be held for this requirement 28 May 2026 starting at 10:00AM .
