Carpet Replacement and Painting at American Diplomacy House

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Embassy in Seoul, Republic of Korea, requires a qualified contractor to perform a carpet tile replacement and painting project at the American Diplomacy House (ADH) office and hallway, located within the Embassy Annex Compound in Seoul, Korea. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered by the Contracting Officer.   The Government plans to issue solicitation in July 2026. The solicitation will be posted on https://www.sam.gov and the Embassy website. No paper copies will be made available. Please see the RFQ for the actual response date and for specific quotation requirements.
