Full-Scale Emergency Exercise – Eastmain River, Waskaganish and Wemindji Airport

Transport Canada - Programs Group (TC) wishes to conduct the testing of the emergency plan in accordance with section 302.208 of the Canadian Aviation Regulations by conducting a full-scale in-person emergency exercise at the following three (3) Airports: ? Eastmain River Airport ? Waskaganish Airport ? Wemindji Airport All exercises must take place before October 16, 2026 (exact dates to be discussed at contract award). The exercises must take place in 2026 to avoid regulatory non-compliance. The exercises must be carried out between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
