Market research also confirms the OEM does not license or authorize any third-party providers to perform this service. This notice of intent is not a formal request for competitive proposals. A solicitation will be issued to the intended source after the expiration of this notice. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested parties must demonstrate their ability to meet the Government's strict technical and safety requirements (including access to OEM proprietary data) by submitting documentation electronically to the Contracting Specialist at colby.m.teruya.civ@us.navy.mil and Contracting Officer at lyndon.g.paloma.civ@us.navy.mil no later than the response date and time specified above.
