HVAC Preventative Maintenance Services

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Brantford (the “City”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the provision of preventative maintenance services for HVAC and related equipment at various City Sites, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B ) (the “Deliverables”). Part A: Various City Sites (Corporate Facilities & Procurement) Part B: Housing Sites (Community Services & Social Development - Housing & Homelessness Department) The City reserves the right to award Parts A & B separately to the lowest, responsive bid for each Part. Respondents are not required to bid on both Parts, but must bid on all requirements within a given Part.
