A. Electronic submission of any quotes, representations, and any necessary certifications shall be accomplished via an email directed to brian.j.cawley2.civ@US.NAVY.MIL. B. General Requirements: MIL-STD Packaging, Government Source Inspection Required. C. All freight is FOB Origin. D. This RFQ is for a BUY/Procurement. The resultant award of this solicitation will be issued bilaterally, requiring the contractor's written acceptance prior to execution. Verify nomenclature, part number, and NSN prior to responding. E. Only a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) will be accepted. F. Must adhere to IUID requirements of DFARS 252.211-7003 G. The ultimate awardee of the proposed contract action must be an authorized source. Award of the proposed contract action will not be delayed while an unauthorized source seeks to obtain authorization. H. Important Traceability Notice: If you are not the manufacturer of the material you are offering, you must provide an official letter and/or email from the OEM confirming that your company is an authorized distributor of their items. \ 1. SCOPE 1.1 This contract/purchase order contains the requirements for manufacture and the contract quality requirements for the DSRT KIT . 2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2.1 Applicable Documents - The document(s) listed below form a part of this contract/purchase order including modifications or exclusions. 2.1.1 "Document References" listed below must be obtained by the Contractor. Ordering information is included as an attachment to this contract/purchase order. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 ;The Demolition System, Remote and Time (DSRT) is a non-configured "COTS" item, manufactured by Sericore LLC, Cage Code: 53UB2. The DSRT has received Weapon System Explosives Safety Review Board (WSESRB) concurrence for fielding based on tested firmware and hardware revisions. The DSRT is a Joint Navy/commercial vendor - designed remote demolition firing system. The Basic Kit is available for purchase in either a Soft or Hard Case. The specific DSRT kit is identified by National Stock Number (NSN) and part number. The Basic Kit is identified as NSN: 1385-01-658-1300, Soft Case: Part Number 282-0001, Hard Case: Part Number 282-0002. The DSRT does not require Non-Meg/Lo Mu testing. The ISEA has determined that QA is not required. The DSRT is currently in production under contract with joint service EOD. The DSRT is covered under warranty from Sericore Inc Once received at N42794, EOD Technology Center, all assets purchased under a specific NAVSUP contract will go straight into A condition for end user requisitioning. Note: No testing per MIL-DTL-19595 or QA Testing required. ; 3.2 Cage Code/Reference Number Items - The DSRT KIT furnished under this contract/purchase order shall be the design represented by Cage Code(s) reference number(s).
