*** AMENDMENT 0003 - 01 JULY 2026 *** The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to formally schedule a site visit, publish the initial Q&A log, issue a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS), and extend the final question deadline. Site Visit Scheduled:  Thursday,   9 July 2026 @ 9:30 AM EDT. See Attachment 8 – Site Visit Instructions for mandatory base access and arrival details. Q&A Log Published:  See Attachment 9 – Consolidated (Q&A ) Log for official Government answers to all initial vendor questions. Revised PWS Issued:  See Attachment 10 – Revised Attachment 1 (PWS) for updated building quantities and clarified scope. Final Questions Extended:  The deadline for final or additional questions is extended to 10  July 2026 @ 1:00 PM  EDT.    ***All other terms, conditions, and deadlines remain unchanged.*** ****AMENDMENT 0002*** The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to extend the Quote due date from June 29th to July 17th.   ***All other terms, conditions, and deadlines remain unchanged.*** AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to issue a revised  Attachment 2 – Quote Schedule . All CLINs related to the 6-month Option to Extend Services (FAR 52.217-8) have been deleted from the Quote Schedule. Quoters shall  not  propose separate pricing for this extension. The Government will evaluate the 6-month extension in accordance with Attachment 5-52.212-2, Evaluation Addendum. ***Action Required: Quoters must use Attachment 2 – Quote Schedule (Revised 03 June 2026) when submitting their pricing packages.***   ***All other terms, conditions, and deadlines remain unchanged.*** The 436 Civil Engineer Squadron, Dover Air Force Base (DE) requires a contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure that kitchen hoods, ducts and dryer ventilation duct cleaning services are performed in manner that will conform to all local, state and federal regulations at Dover AFB, DE, as further defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).  1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 3. The North American Industry Size Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this requirement is 561790 and the Small Business Size Standard associated with this NAICS is $9,000,000.00. 4. The Provisions and clauses listed within this document and Attachment 3- Provisions and Clauses apply to this acquisition and can be viewed through internet access at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. ***  This is a FY27 requirement. Funds are currently not available for this action but will be made available upon the start of the new fiscal year.*** Questions: Questions may be submitted no later than the specified date and time 12 June, 2026.
