AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is as follows:  1) Update CLINs 0020, 0021, 0022, 1020, 1021, 1022, 2020, 2021, 2022, 3020, 3021, 3022, 4020, 4021, and 4022 unit of measure from "each" to "month." Contractors should quote these CLINS as monthly FFP work. 2) Update Attachment 6 - Schedule of Items Rev (5-11-2026) to match CLIN updates above. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. SITE VISIT NOTES CLINs with a double asterisk (**), the government requests contractors quote the unit price, the quantity identified is the annual maximum anticipated and contractors will be reimbursed by actual work performed.    NTE CLINS (CLINS with ***) have a unit price of $1 USD and the quantity will be set at the amount we’re given for funding; as work is required under these CLINS the awardee contractor will be asked to provide a quote, once approved by the government, work will be scheduled and the contractor will be able to invoice the approved amount with that months invoice under the appropriate CLIN. Growing Season is 365 days per year, on revised model contract and schedule of items, you’ll find non-growing season CLINS marked as RESERVED, they will not be priced or applicable to this contract.   Operating in connection with the Airfield Awardee will need to have employees who will operate on the airfield take a course with base ops, course usually take 3-4 hours to learn the do’s and don’t while on the airfield. Operations on the airfield will require checking in with base ops prior to going onto the airfield; awardee contractor will need to be flexible with mission needs; there will be times where base ops will indicate that work on the airfield is not possible and contractor will need to be flexible and adjust schedule accordingly. If mission operations prevent contractor from performing their scheduled cuts on a particular day, contractor should take note and notify the COR & CO ASAP for their situational awareness. The track was built in 2018 and is the only part of the contract that requires maintenance of an irrigation system. Parts will be reimbursed under contract CLIN X0005 With regards to tree removal, it’s primarily branches and leaves. Invasive species will need to be removed offsite and is contractor responsibility REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION Who is the incumbent? ANSWER: Del Sur Services, Inc. FA664825C0002 Is the workload for Pest Control inclusive of all requirements (PWS 1.1.10, 1.1.4 & 1.3.3) or specific to PWS 1.1.10 and PWS 1.1.4 and 1.1.3 are an addition 343 and 699 acres ANSWER: 10,000 sq ft not to exceed in a year. It is already inclusive of all pest control requirements. What percentage of the Pest Control Workload belongs in CLIN X005 versus X008? ANSWER: Pest control is outside of those CLINs. There is no CLIN for PWS 1.4 - Please clarify there is no current requirement for unimproved grounds and if unimproved grounds requirements are added (within scope of the contract), then an additional CLIN will be added to the contract. ANSWER: Unimproved is reserved. There is no requirement for unimproved. PWS 1.3.3         What is the frequency of this requirement? Is it different than 1.1.10? ANSWER: This frequency is as needed basis determined by CO/COR. PWS 1.3.3         Does 1.3.3 apply to all 699 acres? ANSWER: Yes, but is as needed basis determined by CO/COR PWS 1.1.5         For the Munitions storage areas, is there a weight restriction on top of the mounds? ANSWER: While there is no single published weight limit specifically for a "mowing deck" in public Air Force manuals, standard USAF earth-covered munitions igloos (such as the 7-bar or standard 26x80-foot Hayman design) are heavily reinforced, designed to support significant earth overburden, and designed to meet 7-bar pressure resistance.
