Dewatering Panel Swagelok

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth, Virginia, is seeking bids on a Sole Source Brand Name item. This will be a Firm Fixed Price award for the purchase of three (3) Dewatering Panels manufactured by Swagelok.  The Swagelok Part Number is DIBRT-100625-Dewater-PNL.  The Norfolk Naval Shipyard is purchasing these specific parts only.  No other items will be considered.    ALL PRICES MUST INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS.  ALL COSTS MUST BE INCLUDED IN YOUR BID Attachment 1-Technical Capability document must have the box checked yes or no and it must be filled in at the bottom with signature and date.  The description of this Sole Source Brand Name item is on the Technical Capability Statement and is in the extended discription of CLIN/LINE ITEM 0001 under Section E within the Request for Quote(RFQ).  The attached Request for Quote #N4215826QE053 must also be filled in and signed.  All items should be submitted electronicaly to: john.e.faircloth2.civ@us.navy.mil.  All bids are due by 29 MAY 2026 by 1:00pm eastern standard time.
