Waste Management Facility - Operations and Maintenance Building Design

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City to submit non-binding proposals for the provision of Phase I (Functional Programming), Phase II (Preliminary Design), and Phase III (Detailed Design) services for a New Operations and Maintenance Building at the City of Red Deer’s Waste Management Facility (WMF). Phases IV to VI, including Procurement, Construction Administration, and Post-Construction Services, are provisional and may be assigned at the City’s discretion.
