Title: Bureau of Reclamation, GE G500 & G100 Advanced Substation Gateways This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis and is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for quote (RFQ) nor a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary. This announcement is for acquisition planning purposes. No formal solicitation for this work currently exists. All eligible and qualified contractors may submit capability statements for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the quantity and availability of contractors who can provide the Name Brand (GE Vernova - Grid Solutions) Substation Gateways. The capability statements received will be used to determine the Bureau of Reclamation’s overall procurement strategy. This requirement is to obtain the following items as indicated in the attached Specifications documentation: 1) GE Vernova - G500 Advanced Substation Gateway with embedded HMI a. Order Code: G500-CHU8-TLUUUU-AUUU-44D-UUU-S-CA00028-UUUUUUU b. Quantity 2 2) GE Vernova - G100 Advanced Substation Gateway a. Order Code: G100-ABLDA4TT-TL-DUU00028-SUUUUUUU b. Quantity 1 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 334118 – Computer Terminal and Other Computer Peripheral Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard under this NAICS code is 1000 employees. Interested contractors may submit capability statements that include the following information: 1. Company name, address, SAM.gov UEID, and point of contact name and email address. 2. Confirmation of registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). 3. Business size and classification if applicable (e.g. 8(a), HubZone, Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, etc.). 4. Information that would demonstrate that your business has the capability and resources to provide the GE Vernova Substation Gateway as described in the attached Specifications. 5. Your intent to submit a quote if a solicitation is issued. Capability statements and supporting documents are to be received no later than 3:00 PM PST on Monday, July 13, 2026.
