Unit Dolly Jacking and Carrying Services (SRF-JRMC) Yokosuka, Japan

This requirement is to acquire a Unit Dolly and a Certified Operator for Jacking and Carrying Services. The services are required by the Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) to support the removal of the shaft and rudder from the USS BLUE RIDGE (LCC-19), currently located in Dry-dock #6 at Yokosuka Naval Base. Period of Performance (POP): Base Period: 01 September 2026 - 05 December 2026 (69 days) Option Period 1: 06 December 2026 - 13 December 2026 (5 days) Option Period 2: 14 December 2026 - 20 December 2026 (5 days) Option Period 3: 21 December 2026 - 27 December 2026 (5 days) Place of Performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Naval Base. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan, as prescribed by DFARS 252.225-7042. Prime Contractors outside of Japan must submit documentation that unambiguously demonstrates the Offer's compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 (e.g. proof of incorporation) as part of their offer.
