Replace exterior lighting and wiring

See statement of work for full background and description.  The Contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to replace outdated exterior electrical wiring and old outdoor light fixtures. The goal is to restore reliable power supply and illumination to the facility’s exterior areas. Solicitation documents are posted below. Amendment 1, posted below, corrects the estimated magnitude of the project. RFIs and responses are posted below.
