Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to seek eligible contractors to provide technical assistance, removal, re-installation and operational testing support for the #1 and # 2 CO2 Scrubbers and #1 and #2 CO H2 Burners onboard a Los Angeles-Class Submarine.   The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,300 employees.  The Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance and Repair of Ship and Marine Equipment. This request for capability information does not constitute as a request for proposals.  The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.  Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary.  The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.  To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statement must be received by the stated deadline.  In determining whether or not to compete this requirement, the Government has sole discretion.   If your organization has the capability of performing these services, please provide the following information:  Organization name, address, email address, website address, telephone number, size and type of ownership for the organization, CAGE code, DUNS number; and  Tailored capability statement addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of technical capability to perform the specified work, and organizational and staff capacity.   Telephone inquires will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.   Submission Instructions:  Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform requirements in accordance to the attached draft Performance Work Statement are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 14 July 2026, 0900 HST.  All responses to this notice shall be emailed to the Primary and Secondary Point of Contact.
