Full Description

This combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information  included in this notice. This synopsis/solicitation is being advertised as Small Business Set-Aside  only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be  issued. The solicitation number is 37140PR260000076. Applicable North American Industry Classification  Standard (NAICS) codes are: NAICS 561621 - Security Systems Services This requirement is for a firm fixed price service contract. The contract will be awarded  using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the proposer responsible, whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable. Anticipated award date: 10 business days after close of solicitation, OOA 31 August 2026 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 17 August 2026. Quotes can be   email to: angel.melendez@uscg.mil Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will  be issued in Sam.Gov Wage determination: 2015-4583 May 13, 2026 SCOPE OF WORK: CCTV Camera, Recording and Data Transmission Replacement U.S. Coast Guard Sector Key West GENERAL REQUIREMENTS PART 1 – General: United States Coast Guard Sector Key West is accepting proposals for qualified individuals or firms  to replace the existing CCTV surveillance system located at Sector Key West. The existing system  has reached the end of its service life and no longer provides the reliability, recording  capability, and surveillance coverage required to support coast Guard security operations. 1. Sector Key West: Relocate the existing wireless bridge to restore network connectivity between  UPH and B48. Provide (2) new wireless bridge that will link to existing B107 with B48. 2. Sector Key West B107 (UPH): Upgrade and replace existing CCTV system. 3. Sector Key West B109 (SFLC): Replacing and upgrading exterior surveillance coverage. Work  includes installation of a new multi-directional network camera, wireless bridge components,  mounting hardware, surge protection, and a Poe+ network switch. 4. Sector Key West B108 (Storage Hanger/ANT Shop): Relocate wireless antennae, install new server  closet and rewire with weatherproof cabling. 5. Sector Key West B48 (Command): Complete upgrade of existing CCTV system. Replacing outdated  camera technology with modern Hanwha AI-enable cameras or functionally equivalent alternative. 6. Sector Key West B102 (Outdoor Gym): Add CCTV System for 180-degree coverage of outdoor gym.  Include switch and antenna with line of sight to B48. 7. Sector Key West IDS: Install cellular communicator and all associated equipment to enable  cellular emergency communication from Sector Armory, Sector Command Center, and Station Key West Armory to Federal Protective Services monitoring station. Ensure connectivity to FPS’s current IP Address. 8. General Notes: All cameras must be NDAA compliant and Hanwha is preferred as basis of design.  Contractor must hold current manufacturer certification as approved installer of the proposed  equipment. 1-year general contractor quality warranty.
