Underground Storage Tank (UST) Compliance Services at Miramar National Cemetery

The National Cemetery Administration (NCA), Veterans Affairs has a requirement for Underground Storage Tank (UST) Compliance Services at Miramar National Cemetery, San Diego, CA. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision of its employees to perform service requirements include; conduct state mandated underground fuel storage tank inspections, leak monitoring certification, overfill prevention, and training. This requirement is restricted as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $19 Million. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. The Government contemplates award a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four 4 options. The Offeror agrees to hold prices in its offer firm for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the closing date of the solicitation.                                SITE VISIT: August 10, 2026, at 10:00AM PST.
