All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. SMALL UTILITY VEHICLES
2360 E. PERSHING BLVD., CHEYENNE, WY REQUIREMENT:
The Cheyenne VAMC Facility Management Service (FMS) requires two (2) new utility vehicles for the facility. Contractor shall provide and deliver the requested machines to the Cheyenne VAMC campus located at 2360 E. Pershing Blvd, Cheyenne, WY. 82001.
BACKGROUND:
Additional vehicles are needed to keep up with the demand for current grounds maintenance requirements.
SPECIFICATIONS/SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: The utility vehicle needs to include but not be limited to the following base model specifications: Diesel engine 3-cylinder 68.5 cu. cm., 23.3 HP, variable hydro transmission
Limited slip front differential, rear differential lock
Hydrostatic power steering with manual tilt feature
Hydraulic cargo dump and oil cooler
Factory cab with A/C, heater, defroster
Fully-opening roll-down side windows
Pre-wired with speakers/antenna for stereo
Front & rear independent adjustable suspension
2 hitch receiver, front and rear
Radiator, bumper and lens guards
Retractable 2-point seat belts
Horn
Parking break
Spark arrestor muffler
The utility vehicle needs to include but not be limited to the following upgrade specifications: AM/FM/WX/BT/PA/USB HD radio
Turn signal / hazard lights
LED front & rear work lights
Strobe light mount kit
Sunvisors
Side mirrors Plastic bed liner
Backup alarm
Trailer hitch ball mount
Salt spreader 10 cu. ft. bed mounted w/ material flow control kit for salt spreader END SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
