UPDATE AS OF 2 JULY 2026  RFP UPDATE – AMENDMENT 0005 NOW POSTED Amendment 0005 is issued to replace Attachment J-3, Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) Wage Rate Tables, with the most current version.  As part of the Program Data and Technical Library, the complete CBA is available to Offerors with approved NDAs in accordance with Section L-1 of this RFP. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0005 within their PIEE proposal package to avoid potential rejection.
