This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA460826QS034 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for services to equip EOD (Building 7625) with four (4) fully functional, electrically controlled bay doors. This is a total small business set-aside. This document primarily incorporates provisions and clauses by reference IAW Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01, effective 13 March 2026 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as applicable. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of quotations. In the event the government cancels this solicitation, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. If funds are not available to fund the entire contract value, the Government reserves the right to re-evaluate quotations by unit price per service and issue an award on a SOME, NONE, or ALL basis for each individual service needed. Description of Requirement: The purpose of this requirement is to ensure EOD (Building 7625) is equipped with four (4) fully functional, electrically controlled bay doors. The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to replace two (2) interior compound bay doors and repair two (2) exterior bay doors at Building 7625. All work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), International Building Code (IBC), International Mechanical Code (IMC), International Plumbing Code (IPC), National Electric Code (NEC), Architectural Barriers Act (ABA), and NFPA Life Safety Code.
