The laydays commence 02 September and cancel 03 August 2026, and the period of performance is one voyage. Set-aside Status: N/A.  The decision to release this procurement as “Unrestricted” is based on the Contracting Officer’s knowledge of the market and applicable market research.  All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.   The MSC Deputy Associate Director of Small Business Programs concurred with this decision.
