The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This will be Sole Source to Rockwell Collins; CAGE Code: 13499. The proposed solicitation is anticipated to be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) <https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately Sepember 01, 2026. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contact the firm listed.
