The Army Contracting Command-Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), on behalf of the United States Army Aviation and Missile Command (AMCOM) Logistics Center (ALC) Aviation Field Maintenance (AFM) Program, executed by the Aviation Field Maintenance Directorate (AFMD), is releasing this FORMAL RFP for the East and West regions.
