Requirement Overview The acquisition covers NSN 4330-01-409-0092. For this item, engineering source approval by the design control activity is required to ensure the continued quality and performance of the part. The approved source(s) retain essential data rights, proprietary manufacturing information, and technical knowledge that are not available to the Government in an economically feasible manner. As a result, the Government does not possess sufficient technical data to enable full and open competition. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Item procured in accordance with:      UNITED FILTERS INTERNATIONAL, LLC (77807) P/N: UPDN20R40PE FILTER TECHNOLOGY, INC (3KUY8) P/N: CWP20A40PEP PALL TRINCOR (9Z448) P/N: U20-AW40U-EC1U Contract Structure Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support proposes a fixed-price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with annual price adjustment provisions for the out-year pricing. The resulting long-term indefinite quantity contract will include: •    One-year base period. •    Four single year option period. •    Shipments to various military depot locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as-needed basis.
