STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) FOR Primeprint Solution VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION June 3, 2026 *ALL ITEMS HEREIN THAT MENTION BRAND NAME PRODUCTS MAY BE SUBSTITUTED FOR A LIKE OR SIMILAR ITEM* 1. INTRODUCTION The Advances in dental 3D printing significantly enhance the quality and efficiency of restorative and prosthetic dental care. The Department of Veterans Affairs Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center Dental Service is seeking to acquire the CEREC Primeprint Solutions—a comprehensive dental 3D printing workstation for in-house fabrication of dental models, guides, splints, and prostheses. This acquisition will reduce external lab dependence, expedite treatment, and deliver superior patient outcomes. 2. SCOPE OF WORK  The Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, materials, equipment, installation, software, training, warranty, and maintenance services necessary to deliver and install one (1) CEREC Primeprint Solution, including all required accessories, at Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center Dental Clinic. Full system functionality, operational training, and post-installation support are required. 3. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS      A. Salient Features for Cerec Primeprint Solutions Automated, closed workflow from digital impression to 3D print and post-processing. High-resolution, rapid printing for chairside or lab application. Intuitive touchscreen control for easy operation. Automated resin handling and cleaning for efficient, hygienic process. Secure patient data handling and HIPAA-compliant software. Compact, benchtop design with minimal footprint. Safety features including enclosed build chamber and material handling controls. Real-time system monitoring and self-diagnosis alerts. Open STL file support and integration with CEREC intraoral scanners. B. Technical Requirements: Primeprint Solutions Primeprint 3D Printer High-resolution dental 3D printer, suitable for prosthodontic, orthodontic, and surgical guide fabrication. Compatible with industry-standard file formats (e.g., STL). Precise accuracy suitable for intraoral appliances (minimum 50–100 micron resolution). Post-Processing Unit Automated cleaning and curing station compatible with Primeprint 3D printer. Material Compatibility Must support standard photopolymer resins for dental applications, with at least 3 validated dental materials. Software CAD/CAM software for print preparation, design import/export, and system control. Integrates with CEREC workflow, including digital impression and model design. Accessories Includes washing station, curing station, build platforms, tanks, spare parts, and safety equipment as required. Regulatory Compliance FDA-approved for dental use. All electrical and safety standards must comply with clinic requirements. The equipment will be under warranty for a minimum of one year after installation. 4. DELIVERY & LOCATION INFORMATION All equipment delivery, installation, and staff training must be completed by November 9, 2026.             Robert J. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS HIPAA-compliant data encryption and secure patient file management. Network compatibility with VA IT infrastructure for DICOM integration (if required). 6. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Delivery, installation, and training to be completed within 60 days of contract award.
