This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). All quotes shall include price(s), FOB Point, a point of contact, name and phone number, GSA Contract number if applicable, business size, and payment terms.
