Statement of Work Audiovisual System 1. Scope of Work US Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) requires a new audio visual (AV) system for an operations center located at Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) in Bangor, WA. The proposed system shall be designed and installed to be efficient and flexible to allow for future upgrades, user friendliness and reliability. Upon completion of installation, configuration, programming and testing the Contractor shall deliver the source code for the AV system. 2. AV System, Design, Installation, Configuration, Test, and Training Contractor shall provide an AV system that meets the requirements and capabilities described below and as depicted in attachment 1, hereby incorporated into this statement of work (SOW) by reference. The Contractor will be responsible for procurement of all audio/video hardware, software, cabling and network topologies used to capture, process, distribute, and manage audiovisual signals, displays and any equipment required for a fully functional system as stated in the requirements, unless specifically annotated as government furnished/provided.  Contractor shall provide: Unclassified Source Switch System baseline build (without spares specified below) as detailed in the color “green” on SOW Attachment 1.  Note:  This includes all components from the media converter source input to the decoder output. Classified Source Switch System baseline build (without spares specified below) as detailed in the color “red” on SOW Attachment 1.  Note:  This includes all components from the source input and all hardware required to the decoder output.  Central Display Switch System as detailed in the color “purple” on SOW Attachment 1.  Note:  This includes all components from the fiber isolator to the display monitors and to the central control for the decoders. Eight (8) Hospitality Monitors as defined in paragraph 2.3.1 below. Miscellaneous cabling and other required hardware to connect the systems.  Project Installation and System Design. Maintenance Support and Warranty upon installation as defined in paragraph 7 below. OPTION LINE ITEM: “SVR_RM SPARE UNCLASS” AV System Source Input as detailed in SOW Attachment 1  OPTION LINE ITEM:  “SVR_RM SPARE CLASS” AV System Source Input as detailed in SOW Attachment 1 OPTION LINE ITEM: “EWOC SPARE UNCLASS” AV System Source Input as detailed in SOW Attachment 1 OPTION LINE ITEM: “EWOC SPARE CLASS” AV System Source Input as detailed in SOW Attachment 1 OPTION LINE ITEM:  Option Year 1 - Maintenance Support and Warranty as defined in paragraph 7 below. NOTE: No component in the AV system will have wireless and/or infrared capabilities. 2.1. AV Room Control System Contractor will custom design an intuitive and simple control system with the following characteristics: 2.1.1. AV room control system requires two (2) wired touch panels in designated areas as the primary room controllers for all system functions and associated devices in the room with the following minimum features: 2.1.1.1. The touch panel shall accurately reflect the status of the system(s) in use (room mode and classification status, microphone status, video call status, source and destination routing status) 2.1.1.2. Touch panels will also need to control the Unified Communication and Collaboration Systems (UCCS). The required features are as follows: 2.1.1.2.1. Dialing Buttons 2.1.1.2.2. camera pan/tilt/zoom 2.1.1.2.3. inputs to send to the UCCS for presentations, 2.1.1.2.4. self-view controls, 2.1.1.2.5. service buttons 2.1.1.3. Graphical User Interface (GUI): 2.1.2.3.1. Mode selection 2.1.2.3.2. Classification selection 2.1.2.3.3. Source selection 2.1.2.3.4. Individual source volume control and mute function 2.1.2.3.5. Display control 2.1.2.3.6. Microphone control and status 2.1.2.3.7. Video call control and status 2.1.2.3.8. Video caller volume control and mute function 2.1.2.3.9. Video recent calls list and redial (security classification dependent) 2.1.2.3.10. Video directory 2.1.2.3.11. Master mute and un-mute 2.1.2.3.12. Camera control including 6 user presets 2.1.2.3.13. Manual source to destination routing (any source to any display or speaker zone) 2.1.2.3.14. Favorites manager (save, name and recall favorite video/audio layouts) 2.1.2.3.15.
