Facility Control System Modernization - NAVFAC Northwest

THIS NOTICE IS A SOURCES SOUGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING:Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest (NAVFACSYSCOM NW) currently utilizes JACE-9000 series supervisory controllers running Niagara 4 (N4) as a systems unifier on our Controls Systems Platform Enclave (CSPE) network. To meet operational and cybersecurity requirements, there must be a combination of upgrading, replacing, and re-programming parts of the Operational Technology (OT) environment that do not meet these requirements. The following are found in the PWS, however, are called out for quick reference for the reviewer:Task set 1: JACE Hardware and License swap Task set 2: Reprogram and upgrade JACEs and network switches at B7111, Bangor Task set 3: Install and connect JACEs to monitor Utility switchgear points Special notice for sections 2.12, 2.13, 2.14, 2.17 are also called out for specific attention.Interested parties must have CPARS ratings without any Marginal or lower ratings within the last three yearsInterested parties must be able to obtain DBIDS for all personnel assigned to work at each locationQualified companies should respond with the following in the same format as below:Company Name:Cage Code:UIE:DBIDS Capable: Yes or NoCPARS: Marginal Rating in the last three years- Yes or No Company POC:POC Email:Current SAM Registration expiration date:Qualified companies that respond in accordance with this sources sought will receive a direct email notifying them that an RFP has been posted at SAM.gov. if one is posted.This sources sought is not a request for quote or request for proposal.
