This RFQ is being issued on SAM.gov as a small business set aside. The Air Force Sustainment Center (ASFC/PZIOB) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to award to a small business. This is a commercial supply requirement for the procurement and delivery of thirty-five (35) Purple RestorePlus Soft Mattresses (Twin XL, Part # 10-21-23995) to support the dormitory operations of Tinker Fire and Emergency Services (72 ABW/CEF). Specific Supplies Required: Item: Purple RestorePlus Soft Mattress    Size: Twin XL (Approx. 38" W x 80" L)   Manufacturer Part Number: 10-21-23995   Quantity: Thirty-five (35) each   Delivery/Services Required: The contractor shall be responsible for all freight and shipping costs to provide FOB Destination inside delivery to Tinker AFB, Oklahoma 73145.  ELIGIBILITY The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 337910 - Mattress Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size standard of 1,000 employees. The Product/Service Code (PSC) for this effort is 7210 - Houshold Furnishings as a Product/Commodity. This NAICS is the only applicable NAICS for this effort. To be considered for award, Contractor must have this NAICS on their profile. If it is not on Contractor profile, request it to be added. In order to make a determination for a small business set-aside, two or more qualified and capable small businesses must submit responses that demonstrate their qualifications and ability to perform in accordance with the Limitations on Subcontracting clause (FAR 52.219-14).
