Notice has been ammended to upload list of Site Visit Attendees, held 7-16-2026 at 9:00AM EST (local time) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Notice has been amended to clarify contents of a complete bid package under solicitation  clause Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors .  Please ensure to read it throughly. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- PROJECT DESCRIPTION The 156th Wing, at the Muniz Air National Guard Base, Carolina, Puerto Rico intends to issue a Request for Quotes conducted under the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 procedures for commercial services to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment, fuel and any other needed materials and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished items, to perform work to include the replacement of existing entrance dual manually swing gates by hybrid operation of automated sliding gate and normally close swing gate Integration of controlled access brace by card reader. The purpose is to provide a continuous unidirectional flow within the facilities and critical physical security requirements compliance at Punta Borinquen Main Gate, 141st, Aguadilla ANG Base, Puerto Rico. Work shall be in accordance to drawings contained in the Statement of Works (SOW) incorporated in this solicitation.  Repair works/contract completion time is 90 days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch lists. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Our agency will host a site visit on July 16, 2026, 9:00 AM AST (local time), to be held at the 141st Air Mobility Support Squadron Punta Borinquen Air National Guard Base, Aguadilla, P.R. (Former Ramey Base). Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the here and in the solicitation.  Although not mandatory, scheduled site visit is critical. We are trying to mitigate potential risks and damages for the government and potential contractor by showcasing the project level of effort. We suggest you carry all necessary material to take notes during the visit, as needed. No questions will be answered during the visit, instead they will be answered in writing by responding to questions via requests for information (RFI) The solicitation and associated information will be available only from the Contract Opportunities page at SAM.gov.
