Fort Yuma IHS Automatic Door Operators

Amendment 3 is posted to update NAICS Code to 238290 and extend the solicitation to 07/31/2026, 1pm Phoenix Time.  Amendment 2 is posted to post revised SOW.  Amendment 1 to extend closing date to 7/29/2026. Revised SOW pending. This project consists of furnishing and installing new LCN ADA automatic door operators and Tormax (or approved equal) wireless activation devices at multiple entrances at Fort Yuma Health Center. Work includes integration of exterior doors into the existing access control system to ensure proper and secure operation. A Pre-Bid site visit is scheduled at the facility on 07/02/2026 at 10:00am. This procurement is for NEW Equipment ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All, warranty and service associated with the equipment shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. All Equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
