Project Solicitation Number:  FA813726R0032 Project Title: WWYK250096 - Repair Stormwater Spill Gate 11 Structure Project Location: Tinker Air Force Base WWYK250096 - Repair Stormwater Spill Gate 11 Structure- The work to be performed under the terms of this Order consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the repair of the concrete spill gate structure (Spill Gate 11 / Outfall 9) to reestablish the existing channel flow that conveys stormwater upstream from within TAFB outside the perimeter fence via Solider Creek at Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), Oklahoma (reference the project drawings for additional location information). Project specific documents are attached to this posting. If you experience any difficulty at receiving or access to the project specific documents, send an email request to Contracting Points of Contact listed to have a DoD Safe document transmission.  In the email, please provide email addresses for Prime Contractor ONLY points of contact to have the DoD Safe link sent to.  Do not include any Sub-Contractor email addresses. After review of the attached project specific documents, if you are interested to attend the Initial Site Visit, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit. The POC emails are austin.elm@us.af.mil and sharla.flowers_brandon.1@us.af.mil.  Your RSVP email must be received by 2:00pm CT on 12 June 2026.  In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access.   If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access .  After receipt of your RSVP and EAL if required, an Initial Site Visit will be coordinated. You must attend the Initial Site Visit for the project to be considered eligible to propose. The proposal will be due 20 July 2026 at 2:00PM CST.
