Full Description

The Government is seeking a small business vendor for delivery and installation of new office furniture and cubicles, along with the disposal of preexisting furniture. Please see the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further details on this requirement. This is a Presolicitation notice only. If you are interested in this requirement, please  email  the Contracting Officer (joshua.stone.23@spaceforce.mil) with the following information: 1. Header: Schriever Furniture - FY26 2. Business Size 3. CAGE or UEI code 4. Company Name 5. Please state if you are the installer, manufacturer, or both.  6.  If you are only the installer and  subcontracting  to a manufacturer for the product, provide the subcontractor's information:  - Company Name - UEI or CAGE code 7. A site visit will be conducted on  18 August 2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT) . Visitors will meet at the North Entry Control Facility (North Restricted Area Portal) at 9:45 AM MDT to gain access to the Restricted Area.  No Personal Electronic Devices (PEDs) will be permitted for this visit. It is recommended that visitors leave PEDs in their vehicles.  Any visitors requiring assistance gaining installation access must email the Contracting Officer (joshua.stone.23@spaceforce.mil) at least 24 hours prior to the site visit to coordinate escort onto the installation.  Please review the SOW for procedures regarding base entry and provide names of anybody who will be attending the site visit.  RFIs regarding this project are due to the Primary and Alternate POCs on this notice prior to the close of this presolicitation notice. 8. The Government intends to award a contract to the offer that presents the best value to the Government using a Tradeoff Approach. This process permits tradeoffs among cost or price and non-cost or non-price factors.
