The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and transportation to design, manufacture, deliver, and install one (1) prefabricated modular in-plant office measuring nominally 60 feet by 12 feet with an interior wall height of 10 feet. The system must be able to accommodate an 8-station layout with projecting privacy panels, 8 pallet staging zones, and a 5.5-foot clear central aisle
