Questions and Answers – FA568226Q0014 have been uploaded 18 June 2026 AMENDMENT #2: The purpose of this amendment FA568226Q00140002 is to add a new shipping FOB to Page 7 of the Solicitation Package, Deliveries or Performance. Vendor may submit quotations for both shipping FOBs. AMENDMENT #1: The purpose of this amendment FA568226Q0014 0001 is to correct clerical errors. This requirement is for 25 gear lockers for proper storage of personnel UTC items and pro gear. NOTE: delivery required at Consolidation Point W1A8, DLA DISTRIBUTION DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY, 2083 NORMANDY DRIVE DOOR 113 TO 134, NEW CUMBERLAND, PA 17070-5002 For all further information, please refer to the attached solicitation documents.
