Rota IAP Airfield Ramp Clearing Services

This is a solicitation for contractor support to provide Airfield Ramp clearing and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) mitigation services at Rota International Airport (PGRO), Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), in support of exercise operations. Scope of Work: Services shall include vegetation control (grass, weeds, and overgrowth), as well as the removal of debris that may pose hazards to aircraft operations. The clearing covers a maximium of  200,000 square feet  of the ramp area as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, and materials necessary to ensure the airfield remains clear and safe for aircraft operations IAW local airport rules and the SOW. Period of Performance (PoP) & Deadlines: PoP Window:  May 25th – June 10th. Operational Note:  The Government does not mandate a specific start date within this window; however, all clearing operations  MUST  be 100% complete and ready for Government inspection no later than  June 10th . Contractual Details: This acquisition is a  100% Total Small Business Set-Aside . Payment will be processed via Government Purchase Card (GPC) or Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). All transaction fees or administrative costs associated with these payment methods shall be included in the quoted price.
