Development and Validation of Parametric IM/IT Cost Analysis

Benefits Delivery Modernization (BDM) requires a parametric costing tool that must perform validation estimated to Complex IM/IT Initiatives, such as, develop estimates of labor hours, cost, and schedule for these initiatives. This will be done using proprietary databases that must include data on historical software development projects in addition to built-in parametric equations. The duration of the contract is for a total of 4-years, 1 initial year and 3 optional periods
